Your Team At West End
With over 35 years of combined dental experience, Dr. Suber and his staff are well equipped to handle your dental needs.
Building on two generations of dental practitioners, Dr. Suber combines a creative vision with patient understanding at West End Dental. His passion for others and desire to deliver high quality service to Upstate families led to the founding of West End. Dental assistant Anne Marie Fisher says that Dr. Suber goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for and don’t feel much of anything else.
A native of Spartanburg, Dr. Suber graduated from Dorman High School and Clemson University. He was an exchange student to the University of Newcastle in NSW, Australia, and he attended The Medical University of South Carolina Dental School. There he served as president of Delta Sigma Delta and vice president of his class for four years, excelling in clinical studies.
Dr. Suber serves as secretary to Greenville County Dental Society and has served as delegate from the Piedmont district to the SC Dental Association. Additionally, he is an active member of the American Dental Association and offers his services at the Greenville Free Clinic.
When he is not exchanging stories with patients, you can find Dr. Suber making contemporary-style art and furniture for the West End office, playing guitar, or going on adventures with his family. He feels beyond lucky to pursue a calling that provides enjoyment and an outlet for his enthusiastic service to others.
Sara has been the sole hygienist at West End Dental since its inception. A graduate of the dental program at Greenville Technical College, Sara finds it immensely rewarding to help her patients achieve radiant smiles.
When she is not enjoying time with her co-workers and patients, you can find Sara with her husband Jim–so long as he isn’t building something or other–and their dog Reese.
Sara’s favorite question to ask patients is, “If you had to choose between brushing or flossing, which one should you give up?” If you don’t know, ask her!
Anne Marie Fisher
After over 20 years excelling in the dental field in Myrtle Beach, SC, Anne Marie Fisher moved to Greenville just in time for a friend to notify Dr. Suber that he had to hire her for his new practice.
Three years later, Anne Marie is still with West End and loving it. She gleans from her years of experience as dental assistant in orthodontics and general dentistry and ongoing education in dental office management to offer support on multiple levels.
Anne Marie lives off of hearing, “How can you have a good time at the dentist? But I did!” She loves her patients and co-workers, and she feels lucky to have complete confidence in Dr. Suber’s work and his ability to perform complex procedures painlessly.
When she is not at West End, Anne Marie spends time with her wonderful husband, Randy, who does the tough job of a police officer in Traveler’s Rest, and their two rescue dogs. Anne Marie loves the Lord, visits her parents often, hikes as much as possible, cooks deliciously healthy recipes, and enjoys girlfriend time.
At West End, you can find Teera helping out behind the front desk or alongside the patient’s chair. She obtained her degree at Tri-county Technical College and has over five years of experience as certified dental assistant.
Teera loves working downtown. She enjoys getting to know her patients and co-workers better, and thinks she couldn’t have picked a better field in which to pursue a career.
When Teera is not working, she enjoys cooking, working out and spending time with her fur baby Sadie. She love being outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping, swimming, you name it.
Rhonda is relatively new to the dental field; she spent over 27 years as a certified accountant before being hired on as office manager for West End. This job is by far her favorite yet, though. Rhonda loves the patients, the pace of the work, the downtown environment, just to name a few.
Rhonda is an Easley native. She obtained her degree from what is now Southern Wesleyan University and is PPACA certified.
When she is not working, Rhonda could be scrapbooking, traveling, volunteering at the Dream Center and Shine Soup Kitchen, or at her church, Rock Springs Baptist. She enjoys time with her husband Kevin and their super smart golden retriever, Macey.
